FR - Ultraphallus se forme à Liège, en 2003, Phil Maggi (Chant), Xavier Dubois (Guitare), Julien Bockiau (Batterie) et Ivan Del Castillo (Basse) forment aujourd’hui le groupe. La production de cinq albums leur ont permis de jouer aux côtés de Amen Ra, Nebula, Kylesa, Suma, Acid King ou Black Cobra. Leur dernier album est sorti en 2016 sur Sub Rosa mais c’est aujourd’hui avec le label Belge Jaune Orange (Cocaine Piss, La Jungle) et Head Records (Verdun, Morse, Nwar, Drive Bind, Pneu) que le groupe poursuit l‘aventure.
En 2023 le groupe fêtera ses 20 ans d’existence tout comme leur label Head Records.
Le nouvel album No Closure est teinté de lumières sombres et d'obscurité scintillante, délivré par un quartet toujours à la recherche de nouvelles sonorités qui se contente de faire ce qu'ils font de mieux : Du heavy-rock nerveux, chaotique et sensible.

ENG - Ultraphallus was formed in Liège in 2003, Phil Maggi (vocals), Xavier Dubois (guitar), Julien Bockiau (drums) and Ivan Del Castillo (bass) now form the band. The production of five albums allowed them to play alongside Amen Ra, Nebula, Kylesa, Suma, Acid King or Black Cobra. Their last album was released in 2016 on Sub Rosa but it is now with the Belgian label Jaune Orange (Cocaine Piss, La Jungle) and Head Records (Verdun, Morse, Nwar, Drive Bind, Pneu) that the band continues the adventure.
In 2023 the band will celebrate its 20th anniversary as well as their label Head Records.
The new album No Closure is tinged with dark lights and glittering darkness, delivered by a quartet always on the lookout for new sounds that is content to do what they do best: Nervous, chaotic and sensitive heavy-rock.
